Consultants At ADR Network.

We encourage them to proactively identify opportunities as an integral part of their daily activities. Our consultants receive specialised training in effective fact-finding techniques, enabling us to optimise our capacity to serve a diverse client base.
Managing hundreds of shifts per week our Consultants focus on satisfying our customers with exceptional fulfilment rates. Our teams regularly work with each other across our UK sites to maximise the power of our branch network by mobilising drivers around the country in order to meet our clients’ requirements.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?
To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking candidates who can identify opportunities through robust fact-finding techniques and are skilled in establishing meaningful relationships with business contacts. Specialised training will be provided to enhance these skills.
You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills, a desire to build long-term relationships and a willingness to commit to a high-pressure role with long working hours.
As a minimum, applicants with the following skill set will be considered for Consultant roles. Typically, candidates should have:
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience either in an agency environment or in a customer service-focused role.
- A full driving licence.
- An eye for detail and a good memory for it.
- Good negotiation skills.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A desire to fully utilise software packages as part of the role.
- A competitive nature with a strong sense of drive.
