Drivers

When you first meet an ADR Network consultant you will notice that they are not involved in any other sector of recruitment, as the sourcing and placement of LGV drivers is their complete focus. Our Consultants will spend time with you to understand your experience and your preference for certain assignments.

The range of Clients we work for means that we remain very busy in the winter months. Drivers working for ADR Network are expected to be flexible across multiple locations but in return we can typically offer assignments all through the year. We welcome part-time drivers and work hard to accommodate start time preferences for those that only work odd days with us.

We pride ourselves on getting a drivers pay or invoice correct, first time. In addition to offering drivers genuine contracts of employment, with real work guarantees, we also consider arrangements with drivers that supply their services through their own limited company or via a vetted contractor scheme, if that contractor has an arrangement to supply driving services to us. Of course we always need to check the legitimacy of arrangements in full and make drivers aware of the added obligations that such an arrangement places on them.

One of our most long serving drivers, Tony Wallis, says;

"As long as I remain an agency driver, my commitment to ADR Network is such that I have no wish to drive for any other organisation. They offer flexibility, variety and good contracts all year round, which from a driving viewpoint, is all I want and need. I am also proud to be one of the drivers that ADR Network calls when they win new contracts. I have made some good friends, both in the office and on the road due to my affiliation with ADR Network"

LGV Training Network is a new sister division to ADR Network. To help meet our LGV Class I work demands, we have our own training centre based in Northampton. Unlike other training providers, we can guarantee you Class I work following a successful test pass and client assessment.  We know how hard it can be to secure work with your newly aquired licence.  We help take this stress away, and make the process easy for you.
