A Structured Development Plan
Full Support & Training Provided
Successful candidates will spend their first 6 months receiving operational training and performing an operational resourcing role, providing branch support operationally; focusing initially on driver recruitment and registration, before developing into client liaison and management.
Our Graduate Consultants will also receive personal development support through the completion of a series of Management Development Modules, run in association with our training partner the Centre for Management and Business Development.
Within two years Graduate Consultants should expect to be managing client relationships of substantial value and working within a dynamic, fast-moving operational environment with real opportunities to progress into senior roles.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?
We are looking for a specific type of self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a professional outlook and an ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
It is essential candidates have:
- Completed or are on target to achieve a Business related degree at a 2:2 standard or higher.
- Ideally (but not essential) some work experience in a service-related environment.
- An eye for detail.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A desire to fully utilise software packages.
- A competitive nature with a strong sense of drive.
- A full driving licence.

What We Offer In Return
The Rewards
Starting salary is £30,000 pa basic during which time you will be in the process of induction into the business and an initial period of training.
The company also operates a Bonus scheme if the business achieves budget. The budget is realistic and has been achieved every year for the last 8 years. Bonus can vary between 4% and 8% of your salary depending on overall company performance. Beyond that, opportunities for career and salary progression are excellent.
Given the nature of this dynamic business, some weekend work (one in two) and some weekday out of hour’s on-call (one night in ten) are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate. Salary: From £30,000.00 per year. Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme. Work Location: In person
