We are currently recruiting for HGV C+E drivers for our client, Howdens Kitchens, based in Northampton, to work on a fixed rota throughout September, October, and November, during the companies busiest time.
We require 10 drivers to start between 0400 and 0700, and 10 drivers to start between 1700 and 2000, on a fixed rota.
Excellent rates are being paid for this fixed pattern, being £14.50 days and £15.50 nights, with an increase on weekends
Excellent working conditions at this depot, where agency drivers are truly treated at one of the team.
You will work on a Monday to Friday pattern, but will be required to pick up weekend shifts during this busy period, which can be discussed at point of registration.
The AM work is deliveries to Howdens Stores, with shift lengths averaging 12 hours.
The PM work is trunking work between RDCs, with shift lengths averaging 10 hours.
We welcome contractors operating their own Ltd Company who wish to trade on a business basis with us on-going, as well as professional PAYE HGV drivers looking for regular work, with excellent parity rates on completion of 12 weeks work.
Our planning and operations teams are highly experienced and will work with you to find you the shifts that you are looking for.
You will be required to complete a driving assessment and induction prior to your start date, which we can arrange at point of registration
