ADR Network Consultants are professionals who focus wholly on client relationships and management of the contract requirements, rather than concentrating on sales and business development.
As the face of our operational team, our Consultants manage hundreds of shifts a week, liaising with our clients and dealing directly with the drivers.
We operate on the basis of 100% fulfilment of contract and will regularly work with each other across our network of UK sites to move drivers around the country in order to meet our client’s requirements.
Our Trainee Consultants provide branch support operationally, focusing initially on driver recruitment and registration, before developing into client liaison and management. In this role, you will be required to work every other weekend and will receive 2 days off in the following week.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

Specialised training will be offered as part of your personal development plan, aimed at refining these skills and equipping you with the necessary tools for success in your role.
You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills, a desire to build long-term relationships and a willingness to commit to a high-pressure role with long working hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ideally (but not essential) some work experience in a service-related environment.
- An eye for detail and a good memory for it.
- The ability to multi-task in pressure situations.
- A desire to fully utilise software packages as part of the role.
- Stamina and energy.

What We Offer In Return
Annual Salary & Bonus Scheme
Starting salary is £25,000 pa basic during which time you will be in the process of induction into the business and an initial period of training.
The company also operates a Bonus scheme if the business achieves budget. The budget is realistic and has been achieved every year for the last 8 years. Bonus can vary between 4% and 8% of your salary depending on overall company performance. Beyond that, opportunities for career and salary progression are excellent.
Given the nature of this dynamic business, you will be required to work every other weekend as well as some weekday out-of-hours on-call (one night in ten).
